*NOTE: Prices may vary based upon the type and condition and length of the coat. Additional charges may be necessary for de-matting, undercoat removal, behavior issues, or extensive breed-specific styling. Prices are subject to change. Please relieve your pet prior to the appointment.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Please understand that when you forget your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We send an email, a confirmation text, and even give you a call in advance if we haven’t heard from you because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally a late cancellation/no-show fee will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of, or do not arrive at all for, your scheduled appointment.
